Mr. Steven N. Bronson has over 27 years of business and entrepreneurial experience. For the last 21 years, Mr. Bronson has been the founding principal of two brokerage firms. Mr. Bronson’s successful background in investment banking and principal investing has led to him taking executive positions in several companies.
In October 2008, Mr. Bronson became the CEO & Chairman of BKF
Capital Group, Inc. (BKF). Founded in 1954, BKF is a publicly traded company seeking entrepreneurial acquisition opportunities. BKF will generate value opportunities where a creative approach to investing in companies can create mutually beneficial results for shareholders, acquired businesses and their management teams.
Mr. Bronson became the CEO and Chairman of Interlink Electronics, Inc. in July of 2010. In March of 2011 he also took on the role of President of Interlink, bringing both his operational and financial expertise to the company. Interlink Electronics Inc. is a global leader in the design of patented Force-Sensing Resistor™ (FSR™) technology and a pioneer in printed electronics. For over 25 years, Interlink has enhanced and strengthened their customer’s user interface and data capture solutions with their robust array of sensor technologies and expertise.
Since 1996, Mr. Bronson has served as Catalyst Financial’s CEO & Chairman. Catalyst Financial is an investment banking firm that assists private and public, emerging growth and middle market companies with raising capital, mergers & acquisitions activities and advisory services, including: consulting services, strategic alternatives analysis, restructuring services and complex financial transactions.
In addition, Mr. Bronson served on the board from September 1996 – July 2000 of Mikron Infrared Instruments, Inc.; he served as Mikron’s Chairman and CEO from August 1998 – May 1999 during a restructuring period. Mr. Bronson led the effort of recruiting a top notch management team, eventually increasing the company’s revenue by 500%; the company was sold in April 2007.
Mr. Bronson currently holds the series 4, 7, 24, 53, 55, 63, 65, 66 and 79 licenses.
