Steven N. Bronson, Chairman & CEO

Mr. Steven N. Bronson has over 27 years of business and entrepreneurial experience.  For the last 21 years, Mr. Bronson has been the founding principal of two brokerage firms.  Mr. Bronson’s successful background in investment banking and principal investing has led to him taking executive positions in several companies.

 

In October 2008, Mr. Bronson became the CEO & Chairman of BKF
Capital Group, Inc. (BKF). Founded in 1954, BKF is a publicly traded company seeking entrepreneurial acquisition opportunities. BKF will generate value opportunities where a creative approach to investing in companies can create mutually beneficial results for shareholders, acquired businesses and their management teams.

 

Mr. Bronson became the CEO and Chairman of Interlink Electronics, Inc. in July of 2010. In March of 2011 he also took on the role of President of Interlink, bringing both his operational and financial expertise to the company. Interlink Electronics Inc. is a global leader in the design of patented Force-Sensing Resistor™ (FSR™) technology and a pioneer in printed electronics. For over 25 years, Interlink has enhanced and strengthened their customer’s user interface and data capture solutions with their robust array of sensor technologies and expertise.

 

Since 1996, Mr. Bronson has served as Catalyst Financial’s CEO & Chairman. Catalyst Financial is an investment banking firm that assists private and public, emerging growth and middle market companies with raising capital, mergers & acquisitions activities and advisory services, including:  consulting services, strategic alternatives analysis, restructuring services and complex financial transactions.

 

In addition, Mr. Bronson served on the board from September 1996 – July 2000 of Mikron Infrared Instruments, Inc.; he served as Mikron’s Chairman and CEO from August 1998 – May 1999 during a restructuring period. Mr. Bronson led the effort of recruiting a top notch management team, eventually increasing the company’s revenue by 500%; the company was sold in April 2007.

 

Mr. Bronson currently holds the series 4, 7, 24, 53, 55, 63, 65, 66 and 79 licenses.

Maria N. Fregosi, Senior Vice President & CFO

Maria N. Fregosi is the firm's Senior Vice President and CFO.  Ms. Fregosi has been involved with investment banking and financial company management for over 20 years.  Ms. Fregosi also serves as a Managing Director for Catalyst Financial.  Ms. Fregosi was most recently COO/CFO of Client First Settlement Funding, a boutique specialty finance company.  She was with ABN AMRO Bank for 15 years, where as an Executive Vice President she was part of the executive team that ran and successfully sold the mortgage business. She was responsible for the development and creation of numerous successful business lines at ABN AMRO both in the US and in Europe.  Ms. Fregosi holds the series 24, 63 and 79 licenses.  Ms. Fregosi has an MBA in Finance from the Simon School at the University of Rochester.

Greg S. Heller, Senior Vice President

Mr. Greg Heller is a Senior Vice President responsible for pursuing the Company's strategy of acquiring companies that show growth characteristics at a reasonable valuation.  He was the founder and Managing Director of Silverglade Capital Partners LLC, a boutique financial and strategic advisory firm focused on corporate finance. Prior to founding Silverglade, Mr. Heller was the Director of Business Development for BFC Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for managing the company’s investment pipeline, transaction execution, capital raising activities and corporate strategy. Additionally, Mr. Heller was also an Associate with ING Barings LLC in its Industrial Manufacturing and Technologies Group. While at ING Barings, he worked on numerous strategic and financial advisory and capital raising assignments. Prior to joining ING Barings, Mr. Heller served as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC.  Mr. Heller has an MBA from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business.

Leonard A. Hagan, Secretary

 

Leonard A. Hagan has been a partner of Hagan & Burns CPAs PC (H&B) since its inception in January 1993. Prior to forming H&B, he conducted business for three years as a sole practitioner, Leonard A. Hagan CPA, as well as a partner for three years with Bernstein, Bernstein & Hagan CPAs. His securities industry experience came from working for three years with Credit Suisse (now Credit Suisse First Boston). At Credit Suisse, he was an assistant treasurer, responsible for conducting basic accounting research. Prior to this, he was a staff accountant at Ernst & Whinney/S.D. Leidesdorf for 6 years rising to become an audit manager of the firm. He has extensive audit, accounting and tax experience. He has worked with individuals and companies in various industries.
