Prior to joining the firm in 2006, he was the founder and CEO of Gemini Value Partners LLC (2004-2006); founder, managing director and President of Coldstream Holdings, Inc. (1995-2003); founder, Chairman and President of Hudson Capital Management, Inc., and The Crabbe-Huson Group of Mutual Funds (1984-1991); a securities analyst and institutional salesman at Black & Company (1981-1984); and performed securities research, analysis and sales at Kidder Peabody (1979-1982) and at May & Camp, Inc. (1979-1981) where he originated and developed proprietary research for value modeling and screening of equity securities. He has also served on the Board of Directors of over 12 public and private corporations and financial institutions, including Oregon Governor John Kitzauber’s appointment and chairmanship of the Oregon Film, Video and Multi-media Office. Mr. Hudson earned a BS in mathematics and did post graduate studies of Economics at the University of Oregon.
