John C. Siciliano
Mr. Siciliano is the president and chief executive officer of BKF Asset Management, Inc. as well as our parent company, BKF Capital Group, Inc. Prior to joining the firm in September 2005, he was the head of the global institutional business for Dimensional Fund Advisors (2001-2005); a managing principal of Payden & Rygel, a fixed income investment management firm, and president of its mutual fund company, Payden & Rygel Investment Group (1998-2001); co-head of North American Corporate Finance division at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (1995-1998); co-head of West Coast investment banking division for Prudential Securities (1989-1991); and head of the Los Angeles investment banking office for Smith Barney (1984-1989). He also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Technicolor Inc (1991-1995). Mr. Siciliano earned a BA in Government from Pomona College and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He holds the NASD Series 7 and 24 registrations. »top
J. Clarke Gray
Mr. Gray is the chief financial officer for BKF Asset Management, Inc. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, he was the chief administrative officer of ADP Clearing and Outsourcing (2004-2006), and held various other senior management positions at ADP (1997-2004). He was also chief operating officer for the Americas at ING Group (1992-1997); chief financial officer at the Bank of Boston's national banking group (1991-1992); senior financial officer at Thomson McKinnon (1980-1990); and an audit staff member at Coopers & Lybrand (1974-1980). Mr. Gray earned a BA from Holy Cross and an MBA from St. John's University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the NASD Series 7, 24 and 27 registrations. »top
